Bill also sold a handful of my family’s rental properties and made it look easy (I assure you those sales were very difficult). Bottom line, I have many good friends that are realtors but it’s important to hire the person that gets the house sold, not your friend just because it’s your friend. Bill and his partner Pete helped me to stay positive throughout this process. When the financing for the first sale fell through, they worked with the HOAs and other realtors to identify the problem. Bill had to deliver the bad news to me, and did so in such a gentle way. Right away, my property was put back on the market and within a week, I had another contract. Bill took care of everything from working with the buyer's realtor to meeting the goals of the inspection report. He took care of estimates and vendors, overseeing the repair work required. But I think what I appreciated the most was the way that Bill kept trying to find resolutions with my HOA, to no avail. He never gave up. As a team, I could not have found better realtors to work with. They always responded to me, whether by text, email, and especially personal phone calls. I loved working with them.
