Consummate realtor who knows his way around a deal, knows the area, and knows what value is in a house. He's great at determining what your price should be and he's precise at reevaluating price as you go along period and invaluable team member. Our house required to a lot of open houses which usually aren't very successful. However bill was willing to sit Sunday after Sunday and a very tough Market with our house open.
