In an ocean of average realtors, Bill stands head and shoulders above the rest. Very responsive and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. We only were able to organize a short visit to the area to decide, but were able to find the perfect house thanks to his knowledge of the market and very quickly understood what we wanted. Prior to our visit Bill sent us custom videos that he made of a number of houses that allowed us to narrow down the field before we came to look. Throughout the negotiations of the house we finally chose, his advice and counsel were invaluable, getting us the very best deal possible. He even helped out with advice on an optional boat slip deal although that wasn't part of the job description! Post closing Bill has also been a superstar, offering to help find contractors in his network to update the house and also get utilities connected. I can't recommend anyone more highly!
