Bill worked with us over several months. Looking at LOTS of options. Walking us through the process, more than once... He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, what was available and a viable option for us. He saved us an immense amount of time doing his research. Even at our worst, he was gracious and endlessly patient. He was always looking out for our best interest, never just the easiest option. I would ABSOLUTELY, without any reservation, highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell.

Bill was very professional, personable and totally understands his profession. He was more than patient, explaining the ins and outs of purchasing a home long distance. He was available to us at crazy hours for him as we were three hours behind during this. Fantastic service!! We will refer Bill without any hesitation!

As a 1st time home buyer I didn't know what all to expect. Bill walked us through the journey and it was a great journey for me and my family. He was accommodating and very informative. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks BILL!
