Bill was a wonderful agent. He helped me to sell a couple pieces of property that I didn't think would sell that were both located a half hour south of Battle Creek. He went so far as to go knocking on neighbors doors to see if any of them were interested in the lots. Really? Who does that sort of extracurricular salesmanship? That is above and beyond what I ever expected of an agent. Thanx Bill!!!

Bill was very thorough in his research, and made it clear he had my best interests in mind. I got several offers the first day and Bill did a side by side comparison of the offers and talked me through each one. Bill does his homework, and was a joy to work with.
