Bill was very helpful with our purchase of our property in Tennessee. We came out to see our sons property he had bought. We never been to Tennessee ,and we fell in love with this beautiful state. We ended up buying a real nice piece of property with a home on it. Bill was so helpful through the whole transaction, Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and truthful. We never even met him .we did the whole transaction on phone and Emails as we were traveling back to Oregon. I cant wait to meet him when we come back. I fell like he's our new friend in Tennessee ,Great guy.
