My wife, Stephanie, and I relocated to Tampa in 2014 with our two daughters for Stephanie to pursue her career at Tampa General Hospital. I currently serve as the 2022 President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of National Association Residential Property Managers (NARPM). I earned the designation Residential Manager Professional. I have over 15 years experience in property management from multi- family apartment buildings to single family homes. Easy Purchase

Bill was so helpful during my process of building a new home! He was always available and willing to take me to view homes or lots. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He was especially helpful when viewing homes as he would point out concerns and things I didn’t even think to look for. During our closing and final walkthrough of our newly constructed home he definitely went to bat for us and made sure everything that was not completed was taken care of. Bill has such a great personality also and is super friendly! 100% recommend him!!!
