The property wasn't in great condition but with his advice and, indeed, actual physical help, we got the house in great shape. I wasn't expecting that kind of effort. Very impressed Very convenient having the title people in the same building; it made for a seamless transaction. Also, Bill was able to call on help from a co-worker in getting the house ready to show. Bill Guerry established a good rapport with us, felt like an old friend and put us at ease in a very stressful time. This was the first time we've sold a property and Bill walked us through all the 'hard stuff'."
