"Bill Guerry has sold two property’s for our family. He walked us through a lot! For this I was very grateful for. It meant a lot to me. Even tho I was not living in it, another family member was and he was very respectful of that. Bill is very personal and helpful and have recommended him to many people. I will call on him when and if I sell my home. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. When we received an offer I asked Bill for advise and opinion and I agreed with him. He never gave an opinion unless I specifically asked him. He always presented fact and asked what I wanted to do. So easy to work with. Oh and helped me understand most of the lingo in contract! Without making me feel “dumb” I did not understand everything. So so appreciated that. Bill Guerry is professional in every way."
