Initially we contacted Bill Goodman because he was the listing broker for a couple houses we saw on Zillow that we thought we would be interested in seeing, and a web search turned up positive reviews of Bill. Bill worked with us during 2 visits 5 months apart...In June when we had not yet put our current house on the market but were interested in selecting an Asheville area community and finding a broker to help us find our perfect retirement home when we were ready to buy...and again in November when we were ready. Bill was excellent. Understanding what we liked and didnt, finding homes for us to see, offering great negotiating advice once we decided on the house we wanted, and being there to help through closing in our place, and afterwards to be sure things were going OK with our move. We can not imagine finding a better broker to work with. Bill feels like our first new best friend in Hendersonville. We only had limited interaction with the rest of the C21 staff however when I expressed interest in putting up an additional building on our new property and a need to find a good local contractor, Bill introduced me to the C21ML Realty owner who contacted a firm that he used to be associated with on our behalf. We plan to use this contractor for our project. It was very reassuring to have a contractor recommendation by someone we have come to trust.
