Bill Franzosa

I've been on Zillow a lot lately both because of the home we bought in another state and because of the home we sold in the Monterey Bay area. Bill Franzosa was the agent for selling my home in February, 2017. I was prompted to write this review because I was struck to read a negative review that is so unlike my experience with Thunderbird Realty and Bill Franzosa. Bill represented our interest in every part of our home sale. He had the local knowledge to help us price our home correctly and his response to my questions was immediate. What we were most impressed with though was that we received two offers to buy our home, neither of which required a counter offer and he had already negotiated the two specific needs we had into the offer to buy. We were very pleased with every bit of the sale of our home and Bill Franzosa's knowledge and experience.
