We had such a great experience with Bill. He was recommended by some good friends of our and it was an absolute blessing to have him on our team when purchasing our first home. When you work with Bill he is very responsive in communication and was always eager listen to our thoughts, ideas, and concerns. One of his strengths is mitigating risk in the home buying process. Meaning, we leaned on his years of expertise and knowledge to know when to pursue a home, how to negotiate, and what to specifically ask for before signing on the dotted line.
