Before we began the process of house hunting we knew that finding the right realtor in this market would be crucial. Bill had an extensive amount of knowledge on the market and had relationships with a lot of individuals in the real estate field which helped with our search. Bill was attentive to our needs and listened to our likes and dislikes, providing properties that were worth taking the time to see instead of ones that did not match what we prioritized. He was professional and prompt with communication and negotiations. We genuinely felt that he had our best interest in mind and always advocated for us which is most important in a market where buyers can be pushed around by sellers. I could not imagine working with anyone else in in the future and could not have asked for a better experience buying our first home.
