My experience with Mr. Bill was nothing short of exceptional! He was my realtor when I sold my brother's property in a probate sale. He was competent and compassionate, two traits essential in assisting a grieving customer. I would and will work with him again! I can confidently recommend him as superb!!

You will not find a more trustworthy agent in SD county. We chose to hire Bill twice in the last two years and feel he is a part of our family. There is not a review that I can write which will do justice to describe how his guidance and expertise was able to alleviate the stresses of not only buying, but selling our home as well. I swear, my WIFE and I looked at 53 houses with Bill, and his attitude and attention to detail was as sharp on number 53 as it was on the first. If you still have any doubt about choosing him after reading this, just take the time to meet the man and you will see it's not about the money for him, he's genuinely interested in finding you and yours the best possible living situation.

Bill got my family and I into a wonderful home, and I wasn't even sure I would be able to get into any home. The one he found us is more than perfect and I'll be happy to watch my children grow in our home. He was extremely flexible in setting up dates and showings, and worked hard to make sure we got taken care of, he guided us through the entire process and answered every stupid question I had from a position of expertise. Never once was I worried about the process (and boy is it a process) because Bill was fair and up front and told us everything we needed to know and what to expect. He's the absolute best at what he does. The man knows his business. I can not recommend him highly enough.
