In our 40 years of buying and selling properties, Bill Crumbaker is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. In February, against all odds, he helped navigate our purchase of a 1031 Exchange replacement property during an extremely competitive Seller's market and only 45 days to identify our replacement. With his in-depth knowledge and truly unique strategies, he was able to get the Seller to sign a Purchase and Sales Agreement with us BEFORE their offer review date, thus saving us significant capital gains tax. Then in March, he sold our large 5-acre home with spectacular views.
