Bill Charles helped one of my daughters with 3 real estate transactions over the past several years. He always had her best interest in mind. If a property did not suit her needs, he would point out specifics such as road noise, major repairs that may soon be needed and even the sun setting in the evening making kitchen hot while cooking dinner. I was impressed that he really was watching out for her and her needs, as she was a single mom. So I gave him a call when my wife and I needed a new home. He was the ultimate professional and very patient. We looked at many, many homes. We finally found the one that we are extremely happy with and Bill played a vital role in our home purchase being a very positive experience.
