Bill Carter has been committed to excellence since he started his career in real estate over a decade ago.
While an expert in buying and selling a variety of properties across metro Atlanta, he has solidified a niche in the high-end Buckhead and Midtown condo and townhouse market, from new construction to renovated properties. So, local amenities, market trends, and inside knowledge about the hottest multifamily properties from Lenox Rd to 12th Street are also his specialty. The Certified Condo/Townhouse Sales Specialist, who has a firsthand perspective about Buckhead and Midtown since having been a Buckhead resident for 20 years, has successfully assisted many, including those selling their condos, buying a townhouse as a second home, or downsizing their houses in the suburbs.
As a solution-oriented professional who takes pride in staying in constant communication with his clients and paying close attention to their needs, he is strong at negotiating every deal to ensure that they get the best out of their transaction. As a results-driven REALTOR, the former founding member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in Buckhead established himself as an Atlanta REALTORS Association Top Producer in 2018, 2016, and 2014 and Top 11% at Berkshire Hathaway, in 2017, 2015, and 2013.
Bill understands that locating and securing residential and/or commercial property can be a challenging task and an overwhelming experience. The New York City native relocated his wife and two children to Atlanta from his hometown 32 years ago and has used his business experience to grow and improve his process with his clients. Throughout his real estate career, he has provided buyers and sellers with a smooth, seamless, and reliably stress-free process. And long after their sale or purchase, Bill often continues to educate and advise his clients. He has proven to be a valued resource in real estate.
When he isn’t working, Bill and his wife are keeping up with their two grandchildren, playing golf, or fishing. He also enjoys giving back to several nonprofits, including 100 Black Men of DeKalb County, where he has been a member for 27 years, and National Families in Action where he serves as its Board Chair.
