Bill was very engaging and helpful throughout the process. He has lived and worked in the community for several years and knows the area well. I felt like he was acting in our best interest as well as being practical and common sense about what we were trying to do. Other than a couple of hiccups with the title company that were outside of Bill's control, the whole process went very smoothly and as described.

Bill, was always available to answer questions, he succeeded in helping me sell the property I had held for 43 years when several other realtors failed. If I had another property in New Mexico, I would pick Bill to list and sell it.
