Friends for a long time...

Bill and I had been personal friends for a long time. Over the years, I didn't think I would ever need a Real Estate Broker. That changed when I decided to move in with my Daughter and Son in Law. I wanted to sell my home "As Is" so I didn't have to do any repairs. Bill attracted a Buyer that fell in love with the house and all the flaws that it might of had. Bill kept reminding the Buyer that the home was sold "As Is" and everything turned out OK. I highly recommend Bill Albright and I will refer him to anyone I know that needs to buy or sell a home.
