He will work with you through the entire process and is honest with the analysis when looking at homes for things to consider and once you are ready to make an offer, is effective/knowledgeable with making sure the closing goes as smoothly as possible. One my closing, he helped negotiate the the roof replacement being amended into the contract where both parties were satisfied. He showed up on time prepared for every meeting.
