Biff is beyond amazing! She has been in the relator business fr a long time and it shows! She knows everything about IN area, all the nuances, quirks, pluses and minuses. I am pretty sure she knows every neighnorhood and what to expect from living their. She is you advocate 1000%! I was moving from the est coast to IN and she made a very stressful move so much better. SHe told me not to worry and she would not only find me a ho me but the right one for me - which she did! Then she made sure everything went smoothly including getting critical issues taken care of before signing etc. SHe is tenacious and will get the best for you! I have already highlyrecommended her to friends who are also moving to IN and told them is they dont use her they are idiots! :)
