I got Bhim's reference via a friend. First of all, I was looking for a realtor who would not be pushing me into buying a property just for the sake of his commission. Also, wanted an agent who would spend his own time to come and see the properties and not send one of the assistants. That is what I got with Bhim. He is also a one stop solution for everything related to the home buying process (mortgage lender, home inspection co-ordination etc). And on top of all this he would also give the buyer part of the commission he makes as a goodwill gesture. This is like a discount in the home price !!!!
