Very knowledgeable on details, on what helps to sell your house. Bheem has a good knowledge of the market and so, could give us the price where we should list our home. He was familiar with the nearby homes that we would be competing. At no extra cost he helped in staging my house. We had to move out of state, but with Bheem very willing to help with the inspection/repair, it helped us to get the repairs done, easily and to the satisfaction of the buyers. He helped with the contractor and also with inspection of the work. Bheem explained all the details of closing and settlement, which made it easy for us. The whole transaction was seamless. We have recommended Bheem to a few of our friends and they all have been very happy with him.
