Bhavna helped me successfully bid and win to buy our home here mid-March 2022. If you know, this market is crazy right now, and it's really hard to get a home in the price point you feel comfortable with in Orange County, let alone anywhere in Southern California. I also noticed she knows all the established realtors and brokers. Very fast responses, quick to accommodate special requests, great mediator between landlord and us. Very helpful for a first time renter. She drove around the complex with us to show us the amenities. Helped arrange for our garbage disposal to get inspected even though that is not her job. Great experience overall.
