Bhavani ji is very professional and knowledgeable about the Ashburn and Northern Virginia real estate market. She understands the client's requirements and does not hesitate to provide her unique perspective. Given that we were buying remotely and were not able to see houses in-person, her perspective was very important. She is also very honest and did not push us to buy any house and did not hide anything that she found problematic. I remember one of the houses she showed us was on T junction, which is not a very desirable position for many, but it did not occur to us, but as soon as she reached the house to show it to us, she pointed it out to us and it saved us a lot of time. Many agents would not bring it up to the client's attention to close the transaction as soon as possible. We are so thankful to our friends who recommended her. It was our pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her to all.
