Bhavani helped us buy our home recently. Being new to the area, we had zero idea of the neighborhoods and she helped us every step of the way. Given the market, it took us a while to find our house but Bhavani was very patient and every time I tried to settle for something that didn’t have our ‘Must haves’, she steered us back. She is very knowledgeable, we felt very comfortable having her as our agent. We would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to find their dream home in the area.

House buying experience could not have been better. As this was our first time buying a house, there are a lot of details which we tend to forget/miss, but with Bhavani we didn't did not have to worry about that. She explained each process well before hand and also at each step was guiding us to take the right steps. There were certain houses which we saw and immediately she warned us as to what was wrong with the house, not only just telling us not to consider but also explaining and showing what exactly are the issues with buying such a house. Bhavani explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer, to working with mortgage banker. The best part is that she is still helping us even after we have moved in to our new home with all the updates we are working on and getting us the best contact with different contractors. So you are getting a full package working with Bhavani. Also I must add, the day of closing was a great experience as well. Very professionally conducted at Keller Williams. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with the house we purchased and very happy to have worked with Bhavani.
