We were referred to Bhavana by a dear friend about 2 years ago when we were just thinking of upgrading our 3-level town home to a single family home with one bedroom downstairs. She regularly updated us on market conditions and checked if we were ready to buy. When we were ready we approached her and sent her the listings we liked. She joined us on home tours and explained all the minor details about the house we need to watch out for and the comparable home prices in the area. The house we liked the most, she suggested we put a preemptive offer. Seller responded with a counter offer and we accepted. This was our first offer and within 5 days we were in contract. We went with the lender she recommended and got a good rate. She followed through on every minor detail with the lender and the title company on time. Our loan closed in 28 days. I give her my highest rating in terms of her knowledge of Fremont area, expertise, responsiveness and Negotiation skills.
