Could NOT Have Had a Better Agent than Beverly Tribuiani

I was referred to Bev, who was described as the real estate expert in the Oakley area. We had a rental property in Oakley that we wanted to sell and when I first called her, she already knew who I was as she heard I may be calling and she knew the property address about which I was calling. We met at the property, and after walking around to see everything, she gave me a bunch of ideas about our selling options. It was very apparent that she had her finger on the pulse of the local market. She provided me during that first meeting a folder that contained comps for houses in the area, and she provided her expert analysis for selling strategies, including the cost benefit analysis of fixing the house up and selling it vs selling it as is. She did her homework before meeting me. She also had connections for handypersons, cleaners, roofers and whomever else we needed to get the home ready to sell. During the entire process, Bev was extremely communicative and always available by phone or text. We ended up selling the property very quickly and I believe that Bev's knowledge and expertise was definitely the impetus for that smooth process. I cannot recommend Bev highly enough for your real estate needs. I plan to use her again if I ever have an opportunity to do so in her area.
