A few days later she call me we agreed to work together. Within a week we identify a property, she started working on it and in a week we were in contract, i was super fast. Even my laon officer told me she was very clever the way she got the other party to agree because with this hot market we got the house at a below market value. I actually was looking for a house to move in but i was such a good deal in one of the best neighborhoods in Pittsburg Ca that I couldn't past on it. I ended up with a rental with so much potential at a discount, I couldn’t be happier. Looking for to work with Bev in the future to find me a house to move in.
