Bev really listened to what I wanted in my next house. I had a list of what would make me leave my comfortable house of ten years and it was a long list. Seacoast of NH, sidewalks, walkable to downtown but with outdoor space to garden and room for my hot tub, fireplace, town water, sewer, and gas, custom walk in closet, master on the main floor, bright and sunny, no major projects and no HOA fees... It is so much better and the price was in line! Closed in just over a month from my offer. She navigated all the hiccups and was an excellent communicator keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend Bev. Your agenda is her agenda. She never tried to get me to see a bunch of things that were almost right. You can bet on Bev for a great real estate experience!
