We purchased a home using Beverly as our realtor in 2011. She was extremely knowlegeable, patient, helpful and knew the area very well. We had a great experience with her then. When it came time for us to relocate, there wasn't even a question that we would list our home with Beverly. Again, she was super helpful and knowledgeable with the market. She was honest and let us know what she thought would help us in selling our home and what would hurt us in selling our home. We listed it with her and it went under contract in nine days. We highly recommend her for all your real estate needs and would in a heartbeat we would use her again.
