I just purchased my first home and I know I couldn't have done it without Beverly! She was FANTASTIC! She walked me through what to expect and always had my best interest in mind. The seller was particularly difficult but she still managed to get him to agree to all the special requests I had. She is a true gem of a person and I would recommend her to everyone and intend to use her again in the future whenever I decide to sell my home.
