Beverly’s knowledge, patience, sense of humor and attention to details was impeccable. She didn’t just treat us like clients she treated us like family. She was always available when we had questions or needed recommendations. She met with us on several occasions when we went down there and when we couldn’t go down there she would FaceTime us through the houses. She was so accommodating to our schedule. Even after we bought the house she was still answering our questions and helping us with anything we needed. Without hesitation I would recommend her to everyone!

Beverly knows the Outer Banks as well as Currituck County, where I ended up having a house built. I came down a couple of times to look at houses and she was willing to show me whatever I wanted. But she always had fantastic suggestions and solutions for issues I might have noticed. I am happily in my newly built home in Grandy and look forward to seeing my friend, Beverly, from time to time.

Beverly worked with us from day 1 to help us find, negotiate, and close on our beach house. We live out of town, she immediately went and toured the house for us, virtually, with us on facetime so we could see everything.
