She was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to all the questions I had. She was extremely professional and quick with all the paperwork that needed done. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home.
I had asked Beverly a few years ago to keep me informed if any river lots were for sale. Over the next 2-3 years there had been maybe one or two lots available , but they were not what we were looking for. She called me in late April/Early May to tell me that a lot was for sale and it was 10 minutes from our house. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our family. I was impressed that Beverly had remembered my interests even after a few years. River lots are hard to come by and they sell quickly. That being said , Beverly turned SuperWoman on us and made our purchase pain free and stress free. She is very responsive, considerate and communicates well with her customers. I have found in this day and age , most are extremely distracted and don’t communicate well and communication is key in the real estate industry. Her knowleadge and attention to details are an indication of her passion for her career. She is kind , thoughtful and has great energy and a great attitude towards life. I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Beverly and I would highly recommend her.
