Bev managed a 6 unit apartment house for me for many years (more than 10 years). She also helped me sell the apartment house. She did it all. This was an unusual and one-of-a-kind property amucho though some of the negotiations were handled by the attorneys the broker did most of it. Having said that, this was extremely intricate with a lot of "back and forth" and Beverly was extremely helpful and instrumental - and VERY responsive. Would absolutely use her again...
