Beverly Cunningham is amazing, dedicated, and goes above and beyond. It was a long process with us and she stayed with us and was supportive. I leaned on her alot and she was my rock. I went to her for everything and she was always there. She never made it seem like I was a burden or too much. She was always in contact with us and made sure we were comfortable and understood everything. Her responses (whether phone call or text) were always promptly answered or returned. We were truly gifted an amazing person to help us on our journey. We are first time home buyers and she is very informative and knowledgeable. Since we were first time home buyers, she walked us through all the steps and gave us a heads up to what would be happening next. I will be forever grateful that she was our person that helped us with our forever home. I recommend her to anyone, she is compassionate, knowledgeable, and responsive. Beverly will go to any lengths to help make sure you have your dream house.

Beverly was able to hook me up with all the right people to get a mortage and inspections, etc. There were a few pipes on the property she was unsure of, but that can be expected.

It was extremely easy working with Beverly. She did what she said she’d do when she promised to do it. She’s extremely knowledgeable. Followed up and keeps you in the loop on all things. Definitely recommend using her for your home needs.

There's no obstacle too big or small for Beverly she will stay on top of things and ultimately fight till the end to make sure all you dreams come true and to Ensure what you want is done I can't imagine going through the home-buying experience without her
