Beverly was able to assess potential problems in the tumultuous market at the time. She met them head on and solved them, giving us the best possible outcome, given the circumstances.

She completed the job but the process itself wasn't nearly as smooth as I would have hoped for. Her personal skills and communication skills could be improved upon. Her attitude towards us as sellers felt as though she was trying to intimidate us. On the a positive note, the house process was completed in a timely manner.

Beverly had to work very hard for us since we lived over 3 hours away from the house we were selling. We had to travel that every time there was something needed and Beverly kept us informed and helped us with every thing she could.
