We have had the pleasure of working with Beverly since 2007. She sold for us a penthouse condo in Hallandale that was owned by my family. We then retained her services to sell an investment property taht we owned in Homestead. Time was very crucial in this sale because it was when the market really started going down, she found us a buyer quick and we closed. She also found us a tenant for our house on July 2009, and found us atemporary rental meanwhile we acquired a second property.She is currently working with us on a shortsale on our current home and is also assisting our inlaws in buying an investment home.
