We moved to Charleston from out of state and Beverly went above and beyond to find our perfect home. She took multiple videos of houses we were interested in, and was very responsive. We chose to use her despite two other personal recommendations just based on a gut feeling she gave us. She grew up here and knows all of the neighborhoods, as well as people who lived in each to help guide us. She is super detail oriented and was always two steps ahead. We have bought and sold homes before and would recommend her without hesitation!
