From the first time I got in touch with Beverly, she was kind, willing to start working with me right away, and explained what would be involved in getting my property on the market. She went out to look at the property to tell me what the area looked like and asked if there was a certain price I was looking to get. When I told her I wasn’t sure she came up with a price she felt was good for the area and it was actually sold for that price. I could call her any time with questions and she was always ready and willing to answer them. The other part of her team is Donna Orlando who handled all the documents. She was also very kind and great to work with. Whenever documents had to be signed, she would let me know to watch for them in an email. She walked me through the first set so I wouldknow what to look for in any future documentation. The whole process went pretty smoothly since the property is in Florida and those of us involved in the sale live outof state.
