Beverly is the best realtor by far. I was helping my brother to buy a property in Florida and found Beverly on Zillow. She works very hard for him. She’s very good at communicating about the property. She takes pictures showing us what’s there since we lived out of state. She answer my calls anytime I have a question. She also sold my property. It was on the market for two weeks.

I met Beverly when she represented a buyer for a property I was selling. Very impressed by her gentle people skills, I called her first (and only) when I next became a property seller. At her advice, we listed it 8% ABOVE the most recent appraisal. We had five offers in two days, and it went under contract for 10% ABOVE! The ensuing closing process was interrupted for FIVE months when a burst pipe required a large insurance claim. Most buyers would bail; our buyer did not. Quite the contrary: he paid non-refundable thousands to upgrade above simple replacement grade components, and customized the home to his tastes. And, as interest rates rose dramatically, he paid lender premiums for FOUR months of rate lock extensions. This persistency was amazing, and how did it happen? Because Beverly had sold him on the property, not the deal—on the vision rather than the impulse. This is why Beverly is not only my RE agent, but my RE counselor. I really shouldn’t say these things though, because I want her for all my own transactions!!
