Beverly was awesome. Beverly took pictures of our condo, told us the price point and that it would sell quickly. She wasn't kidding, once listed she had an offer within 10 minutes! She was able to negotiate the buyer waiting until our tenants lease expired, which was 3 months! Closing was close to our home, walk through was easy pease. I would recommend her 100%.
