We started our home search approximately 6 months before we moved to Florida. Bev shared numerous listings on a regular basis for us to consider before we even had an idea of when we were moving. Upon selling our house we moved to Florida staying with family in Tampa. Bev and Norb took the time to meet with us several times, viewing multiple listings over two-day stays outside of their usual area. It is very helpful to have a team that can give insight from how well a house is built to the best way of dealing with a builder. In the end, we found a newly constructed home available. After Bev assisted us in get the perfect deal she was in constant contact with the builder and us regarding everything that needed fixing/correcting, inspections and closing. We would have been overwhelmed if Bev was not representing our interests with the builder. Bev found us our "beach" retirement home and we are living the dream. I met Bev thru her postcard mailer. I live in Wa state. I was interested in selling my rental property in Ft Myers. She was very prompt to inspect the unit, being very respectful of the tenant's schedule. I have to be honest, I was sceptical, as Florida has an ugly reputation for scamers and unscrupulious property managers and realtors.
