We worked with Bev when we bought this house in 2019 as our buyers’ agent, and then again in 2024 as our sellers’ agent to sell the same property. Bev is wonderful to work with no matter what end of the real estate market you’re on. She really advocates for her clients, and makes sure to tell you all your options in an understandable manor. Her organization and thoroughness makes a process that can sometimes feel overwhelming feel more like a breeze. Communication was great, we received updates and answers to any questions quickly. We never felt in the dark or unsure of the next step. Even after closing on the house she still stayed to talk with us about the next step and what we needed to do. This was our first time selling a house and I would have never thought of things like calling to cancel the home insurance on the loan, or the mortgage lender to get our escrow refund. Bev made sure to guide us through every step of the way from listing to closing, and even what to do after closing. Wiregrass Home Team doesn’t stop when the deal is done, they continue on to show how much they value their clients. A year after we bought this home we received a goodie basket to celebrate the closing anniversary! A whole year later most real estate agencies would not take the time to still show such gratitude and value in their clients. Bev and her team are the best to work with by far, and I will make sure to use their services every time I’m in a real estate need.
