Betzy helped us through a very complex selling/buying experience. We placed an offer on a house and midway through the process (after home inspection, survey, etc.) the sellers changed their mind and decided not to sell. In the meantime, we had already sold our house. We found ourselves, therefore, in a very tough predicament. Fortunately, Betzy was able to find us another house, even much better than the one we ended up not being able to buy, and this very stressful situation came to a happy end. Betzy expedited the closing for the new house and we were able to leave our former home and move into the new one almost simultaneously.
