She managed to get top dollar, communicate with buyers, escrow, etc all while I just relied on her. She set up "virtual staging" to make the interior design look better than it ever had while I owned it. Most of all she managed several small handyman needs on my behalf; during this pandemic, I never really had to go to the condo, work with inspectors or contractors. She was on top of things, kept me informed, and knocked it out of the park. I would recommend her anytime for someone looking or selling in the LA area.
