Fired my realtor and hired her

I was selling my property using a different company while trying to find one to rent from her. She ended up helping me with the sale of my condo as the company I was using turned out to be incompetent causing me to lose my buyers. Ultimately, I dropped them and hired her to sell the condo for me. It was fast and easy and more profitable. Then she found me one to rent which I ended up buying. So she sold my old one and sold me a new one. 😌
