We had been looking for a mountain home in Georgia from our home in Florida for almost four years. Obviously looking for a home long distance is not easy and requires a great deal of trust in your agent. Betty easily earned our trust. She was diligent in her research and knew that for us to come and look at a place would require a great deal of driving. Hence, she didn’t waste our time and quickly became familiar with what we were looking for so that when we did ‘pop’ up for a weekend she had properties that we were interested in. Finally, she has a great temperament (not to mention patience), was always pleasant and calm. The weekends we did come up she would always make herself available as much as she could. We came to think of her as more like a friend than an agent from the time we spent with her.
