I could not be happier with Betty. We were really concerned when the appraisal on our home (we're supposed to close March 28th) came in 11,000 dollars lower than the price we agreed to pay, but Betty helped us bridge the gap with the seller and everything is back on track! <br/><br/>We worked with another real estate agent before Betty and walked away very disappointed. Since the beginning Betty has always responded very quickly to any of our questions and concerns and has kept the process moving very well. After our inspection, we emailed Betty to ask about having the things on the inspection addressed. To our surprise Betty had already gotten the inspection, contacted the sellers, and the sellers were already in the process of doing everything. <br/><br/>It seemed like with our last agent we would have to be all over her and then things still wouldn't get done. Betty has done things without us asking, or before we've even asked. If you asked me what Betty could have done better in our process, I'd honestly struggle to think of anything I would have liked her to have done differently. <br/><br/>She has been an absolute savior to a couple of mid 30's kids (shut up I'm still trying to convince myself I'm still a kid) trying to buy their first home. I could not recommend her any more highly.
