Betty helped me find the perfect new home for my family and also sold my existing home (in 3 days)! Betty Jones is an excellent realtor. She listed our home during the pandemic and was careful to require gloves and masks of all who entered the house. She explained all the considerable legal forms and requirements so that we could understand them. She considered nearby sales and set our asking price at a very appropriate level. She recommendd and/or arranged for workmen to handle the repairs that were needed. She maintained a good relationship with our eventual buyer's realtor so that negotiations were cordial throughout. After we moved to a gated community and were unable to leave because of the pandemic, Betty took the trouble to bring documents to us and drop them at the gatehouse. She communicated regularly thorugh out the process sho we knew what was happening at all times. Betty is a very intelligent individual who cares about her clients and wants to do her best for them. Her best is very, very good.
