Betty Jones

Betty was super helpful I she made the process easy and had so many resources!

We have worked with Betty Jones for both buying (2018) and selling (2023) our property. She has always been very diligent and thorough, walking us through every line of the contract. We were out of state and she took good care of our property for the entire duration of the sale process. She takes extreme pride in her work and I would not hesitate on recommending her to anybody looking for a knowledgeable and patient realtor. Five stars all around. Thank you for all the help.

Great person to work with. 5 star is the max I could give else I would give a 6 star. Purchased my current residence with her help and she helped me sell my previous residence. Everything turned around very quickly.

Betty Jones is an excellent realtor. She listed our home during the pandemic and was careful to require gloves and masks of all who entered the house. She explained all the considerable legal forms and requirements so that we could understand them. She considered nearby sales and set our asking price at a very appropriate level. She recommendd and/or arranged for workmen to handle the repairs that were needed. She maintained a good relationship with our eventual buyer's realtor so that negotiations were cordial throughout. After we moved to a gated community and were unable to leave because of the pandemic, Betty took the trouble to bring documents to us and drop them at the gatehouse. She communicated regularly thorugh out the process sho we knew what was happening at all times. Betty is a very intelligent individual who cares about her clients and wants to do her best for them. Her best is very, very good.

Betty helped me find the perfect new home for my family and also sold my existing home (in 3 days)! Her knowledge of the local real estate market, quick responses to questions and practical resolution of issues were invaluable to me throughout the process. Betty conducted herself with integrity and professionalism. I would recommend her to family members, friends and colleagues without hesitation.
